The Select Committee on Coalfield Communities moved to amend the bill on page 4, Section 3, line 50, following the letter “(h)” by inserting a new sentence, to read as follows:

“The Commission shall prioritize the locations for grant funding assistance by utilizing the designation of priority communities established by the “Interagency Working Group on Coal and Power Plant Communities and Economic Revitalization Plan” established by presidential executive order 14008, issued on January 21, 2021.”
